Generates a Worley Voronoi-type noise, with a slightly more angular distance metric. It can be useful for certain angular and geometric purposes

Parameters

• Scale - Global scale by X and Y. Default is [16, 16]

• Disorder - Phase-shifts the noise to introduce small variation.
